Meet Paul Gennari
Director and Co - Founder
Paul is a Chartered Accountant with 16 years’ experience in accounting and tax. Paul has worked within chartered accounting firms for 12 years, across both boutique firms and a Big 4 accounting firm. During this time, he developed a passion for the recruitment industry by specialising in advising and guiding recruitment businesses through fractional CFO and tax advisory services. This led to him moving to the commercial accounting world as the Financial Controller/CFO in a large recruitment business.
Paul is committed to partnering with businesses and building close, collaborative relationships with business owners. With extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting and taxation, he is dedicated to helping businesses grow, understanding their numbers and staying compliant.
As a Registered Tax agent and holding a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and a Master of Taxation, Paul approaches every process with care and decision with integrity.
When Paul isn’t deep in numbers and strategy, he is enjoying the outdoors and camping with his family, staying active through running and playing soccer or battling to learn German so he can understand his family.
Meet Alicia Donovan
Co - Founder
Alicia has over a decade of experience in business operations, with a focus on designing systems that help organisations run smoothly. Her experience spans payroll and workforce management, finance, client engagement, training, human resources, and change management. This diverse background has given her a deep understanding of each function, how they work together, and the skills to solve challenges when processes aren’t aligned.
Backed by studies in Business Management and Human Resources, Alicia blends practical experience with thoughtful theory. She’s methodical, organised and cares for the businesses and teams she supports.
Alicia is passionate about creating structure and clarity that allow teams to collaborate, communicate openly and achieve sustainable growth. For Alicia, great operations are about more than process… they’re about people.
She is the woman who can have as much fun at a party as she would having tea with her grandma. Unapologetically enthusiastic, empathetic and insightful, Alicia’s love for connection is magnetic.
